Dr Despina Mavromati participated as a speaker at the FIFA Football Law Annual Review (FLAR) Conference held in Budapest on 19–20 February. In her presentation, she addressed recent jurisprudence of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in motions to set aside CAS Awards. She highlighted key jurisdictional challenges arising from recent case law and discussed their potential impact on the governance and dispute resolution framework in global football.
